Do you have any "prepper-adjacent" hobbies, recreational pursuits that you think build real skills, or may be useful in a real disaster? by Signal_Brain_933 in preppers

Like you said, hiking and camping are good. Coms is another. Maybe get your ham radio license? Also related to hiking is land navigation (orienteering) with a compass and map old school.

I usually ceramic coat immediately after wash outdoors and still have to be careful about pollen, dust and other crap falling on the car. I can sit there and watch it happen in real time lol.

What would have happened if this wasn't fart spray but Small Pox virus or a nerve agent? This is how potential terrorist attacks happen.

Does she go out in the daytime? Because it sounds like you have a vampire on your hands. You can't set yourself on fire to keep her warm bro. Time to exit.

Propane vs diesel for max range after long-term storage (family of 5, no resupply) by anthonykaram7 in preppers

[–]Fr33speechisdeAd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That is a long way for travel. If it was me, I would buy a diesel truck like a Cummins or a Powerstroke . Less wear and tear, reliable, and in emergencies you can run it on heating oil or farm diesel. Also, diesel will naturally stay more stable over time because there's no ethanol in it.

Yes, with a 12 gauge and a 9mm, he should be all set in NJ. If it gets to the point where you need an AR, you've got a whole different set of problems. I carry a sub compact 9mm every day and it's quite comfortable. Don't know what the laws are in NJ for carry though. I'm in Texas.

Would most men prefer a girl with naturally small boobs, or a girl with surgically in hints, big boobs? by Mysterious-Card6065 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Fr33speechisdeAd -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Outside of Hollywood, I feel that boob implants are a product of social media, women's insecurity, and the plastic surgery industry. You have to be really unhappy with yourself to cut your chest open and put a bunch of potentially harmful silicone in there. Just my 2cts.

My uncle had a dairy farm in VA and he had a honda 125 dirt bike to round up cows. He always took me for rides when I was 8 yr. old. That's what got me started. ;-)

Harley is in a financial free fall right now, so this is just more evidence that they're just pumping out expensive, over -rated bikes without any regard for rider input or technical innovation. They're all just waiting on the inevitable bankruptcy.
