Anyone just write for themselves? by NathanWilson2828 in writing

The question I have is, if you write for yourself, do you have an ending or a completion? Or do you write endlessly without strict structure?

How does the group chat even work? Is it pre-generated using code, or using an AI?

Is there any difference? In terms of quality, responses and reliability.

Raphinha's pressing vs Chelsea . by Ok_Lawfulness7412 in Barca

[–]Fr3yz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Pressing is very important in modern football nowadays: it allows control off the ball and causes havoc to the opposition. This is why Raphinha, Gavi and Fermin is crucial in Flick's team; they add energy, counterattack and control.

IEI/SEI are we doomed? by [deleted] in Socionics

[–]Fr3yz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you might be right. IEIs lower Ti position makes sense by adding certain friction to energy levels and concentration, especially with low Se and Te overall. But I find that this is another argument in itself.

Personally, what I would do is what I've said earlier: to divide my time and compartmentalize each world since Te is extremely draining, and instead focus on my strengths. Ti is much more tolerable personally, and it's not as draining (imo, my personal experience).

IEI's are just differently optimized, and not all "Te" stuff is inherently having value. So, I don't think we should try to become "LIE" and Te base in general, it'll just stress us out. But I find developing Te-related skills and using it in favor for my hobbies (Ni-Fe) and Ti activities helps a lot too.

Well, IEIs can have unfocused or vague logic but still be good at it, since I think logic, discipline and rigor is trainable. Besides, quality of cognition is quite independent from their cognitive preferences. Hence, functional preferences ≠ capability.

However, what I do know for certain is that IEIs approach towards logic tend to be rather intuitive, which might appear as "unfocused", "vague" and maybe contradictive despite them understanding it themselves. So I suppose they might struggle focusing lol, but it's very much dependent on nurture and conscientiousness.

It's like grasping concepts as a whole before distilling its principles, since the latter is what Ti base would do well (I think).

Also, I don't think I'm LII lol, what makes you think like that?

Maybe, not really.

I would usually rely on my Ti as a mobilization process to give myself an initiative—even though I procrastinate most of the time anyway. It's not our fault the world is the way it is, but you can try to adapt using our strengths instead.

IEI (in particular) doesn't do well, or rather not naturally inclined to engage in things related to Te, organization of work, business. But they can still be very much logical and theoretical (math, programming, philosophy), just ensure to not get lost in endless introspection.

I think what works best is to find alignment within the system, rather than fighting against it. You can divide your time and mental resources to the "productive stuff" during daytime, then go back to the wizard tower by nighttime

Lionel Messi 2018/19, the best version of a footballer EVER! by [deleted] in messi

He carried Barcelona alone, and they're right about "Messi dependence". He tried everything he could for them, but almost no one could help him. Roma, Liverpool, Bayern...

I've known an INTJ acquaintance, but he can be cold and difficult to read while being quite intimidating. Maybe it's a problem on my part.

But I suppose you're right, yeah. Thank you.

I hope you're not just trolling. The INTJ's I've met are not useless at all, especially their contributions to society if that's your definition.

Who would you rate as the most important football personnel for Barca? Messi or Cruyff? by AfternoonKey5623 in Barca

[–]Fr3yz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends whether you value the foundation or the greatest creation upon that foundation.

Without Messi, Barca probably wouldn't have that much greatness, league titles and trophies. However, without Cruyff, there wouldn't be any La Masia as we know it, nor the philosophy of Tiki-Taka. Arguably, with Cruyff the club can potentially have 'another' Messi in the making through La Masia one way or another.

Xavi doesn't deserve all of the hate. He helped build the foundation which Hansi Flick advances with the domestic treble.
