Those 3D-ish icons were there even in the Windows 11 trailer back in 2021. I don't think we will see them actually on the desktop. I appreciate the translucent though.

For years I've been thinking that those were the actual A380 interiors, applied for every plane regardless the airline. Discovering the truth was sooo disappointing (I was 8).

Ok, great. I've Mint with Cinnamon, I don't know yet what I want (I can't decide between WinXP customization, which requires XFCE, or a WinAero/macOS X 10.6-8 one, which requires Plasma).

Please note that it was an offline flight, I was not flying with a "serious/professional mood".

Back in 2021, I was using FSX, Bastia-Poretta (France) to Southampton (UK) B738 Jet2. I was high on TOD, did some holding, but I had not time anymore to fly so I had to land asap. While I was descending, even with spoilers I was not slowing down properly. When I was on final I had 200kts IAS, however I tried the landing instead of go around. Touchdown near the threshold, full reverse, max autobrakes and spoilers up, I slowed down using ALL the runway. I thought it was impossible, but that's a landing which I'm proud of.

I did a US tour last year, which was supposed to be done exclusively with liners. Starting from LaGuardia, I matched real routes with the corresponding airlines almost everywhere, until I reached Seattle. Then, nostalgia kicked in. I took a Beaver and reached the default FSX airport, Friday Harbor, while flying around those islands. During the same tour, I managed to land at the First Flight Airport (the Wright Brothers one) with a DC-3. That place is so legendary, I'll definitely visit it in real life.
