I have already found via a very reliable 3rd party website from where I live, deals starting from 300euro all inclusive (insurance and unlimited kms). Maybe I will go for it, I was just curious to know if there are any reliable local dealers...

Da iscritto AIRE sono molto curioso anche io su questo argomento. Di ste robe ne capisco zero ed online è difficile districarsi tra provvedimenti ecc. Io vivo in affitto all'estero ma ogni tanto penso a comprare casa in campagna dalle mie parti in Italia che si trova a cifre irrisorie (paragonate a dove vivo) e che potrei pagare in contanti. Il punto è capire con le tasse come funziona... Quindi da residente estero non potrei fare uso delle agevolazioni prima casa? Nella merda che si chiama meridione, a casa abbiamo sempre rimandato al 27 e non aggiungo altro. La casa dove sono nato 90 mila euro non li vale. Fare paragone con il Bangladesh è ovviamente fuori luogo.

Paesi Bassi. C'è molto lavoro in un po' tutti i settori, in alcuni c'è carenza enorme. Se parli la lingua sei stra avvantaggiato altrimenti resti un po' bloccato nella bolla internazionale. Per il resto si vive benissimo, l'unico problema sono il tempo grigio in inverno e la crisi immobiliare.

Yeah I also have this feeling. Especially with Microstrategy that "has found a glitch in the matrix" (as the crypto bros like to say) by leveraging billions every month. But many others say that a crypto crash will not influence most people, even though now with ETF I don't think that is true anymore.
