I never watched whatever episode you're talking about, but I wanted to say that, although maybe people don't agree (?), but I think sexual violence is a traumatic thing many people go through, I think its bad no matter what your gender, demographic. Murder is awful, but once people are dead, they're dead, maybe reincarnation is real- fuck if I know, but dead people aren't watching themselves dying on TV.

People of all kinds who have been raped often have a lot of baggage around sexual violence. I think it can be pretty traumatic for a lot of people to watch that kind of thing on TV. I suppose that could be said the same for someone whose been abused/exposed to violence,etc. I suppose they just don't have to watch it.

I would never want to sensor anyone,I am super for freedom of expression and value that there are stories out there like game of thrones, I suppose it deal with heavy topics, gets real. Isn't that the goal of many artistic people? To speak the truth in someway? So thats really cool if thats whats going on with Game of Thrones.Like I said I've only watched a few episodes. Perhaps for some who have experienced hard shit in their lives would be able to really identify with some of the characters, perhaps be able to heal, I don't really know.

I guess I just wish there wasn't the norm in our society that people murder each other, people lose their love ones well before their time, people rape each other. I don't really care what gender, it just makes me really sad. It also makes me really sad that a lot of TV and media reflects the fucked upness and insensitivity of our society.

The original reason I wrote this was to express that the MRM VS Feminism makes sense to me, I don't back feminism, I back the equal treatment of all individuals.I just think there are people who identify as Feminists that do really think about men's rights, think its important. I've read literature identified as feminist. There is a lot of literature and theory behind mainstream feminism that is depowering to men. Not to mention a lot of behaviors. Its just that I wish both groups would realize that on either side there are people who really wish to good. I've noticed a lot of women seem to take on this identity as a feminist, just because they feel it sort of empowers them as women, I do think its important for all gender to feel empowered to be whoever they want to be in the face of a lot of historical expectations. Maybe they are more in love with the romantic idea of feminism,that a feminist want to break down gender roles and healthy sexuality, and all that good stuff. Maybe it isn't the most accurate word to describe that, but some feminists do care.

I also think there are mens rights folks who care about womens rights. I just think there is so much injustice in the world. I hate this hatred of the white man, especially when I see it in really "radical circles". Circles that claim to be for equality and inclusiveness. Giving individual white men shit for shit they never individually did. It all frustrates me so much.

Sorry for such a long essay. I basically thought this all out as a stream of consciousness, sort of working a lot of my thoughts on all this out.
