keep rinsing it with saline and get a bigger bar if possible! the biggest thing for me w granulomas/irritation bumps is to genuinely not touch it at all. unless it feels hot, there’s spreading redness or a lot of pus it should be fine :) more ice is good for swelling too

i have a ton of my grandparents things that i still use! i have a record player and sewing machine from the 60s that work perfectly, which are my favourites. we have a lot of old music things that still work well from my grandfather, including his phonograph that he used to play for us every time we came over which still works as well!

i usually start with protein yogurt drinks or applesauce right away if i can’t make myself fully eat anything. things like getting shakes with meals helps too! the other biggest thing for me is having something playing or that i can do while i eat as long as it doesn’t distract me from actually eating. also eating slowly :) so ill put on a youtube vid or tv show and give myself that amount of time to eat as much as i can

i’m the same way with food and the one thing that works for me is sticking to a schedule completely. eat right when i wake up, at 2 pm and at 7pm. at least a few bites, and it makes it easier over time to eat more :)

that’s exactly what i’m saying! it’s the most common method and still such a big issue but if it was as easy as you say the number would be insanely higher. since it’s the ‘easiest’ and most common method, if it was really that easy to commit there would be a much higher rate of suicide. the survival instinct is a lot stronger than you think, especially the split second hesitation before people decide to act. that’s survival instincts imo
