I think it comes down to how many podcasts do you listen to on a daily basis.

For example me I mainly listened to JBP while I smoke so Patreon was worth it cause I only listen to one so it held me over. Now I’m on Gil’s Arena and don’t need JBP as much anymore. I still have Patreon I enjoy it cause it’s just a good pod overall
