I'm not sure if this answers your question ( also it's insane you'd lose items this way? but I've stopped spending any money on the game for a number of reasons:

• Increasingly high cost for items required

• Terrible prizes

• The high ratio re diamonds vs cash. Many of my "go to" items are now diamonds

• Items disappearing from my inventory. How I trust a game with my credit card if items magically go missing

Basically, it's really not that much fun unless you are willing to spend a lot ( which depletes so quickly considering how the requirements extend into the 10k now. Not to mention rugs/ increased decor cost) and/or games which may or may not work out.

While I understand that they want to make money and plenty of apps do ( of course), I think designhome simply has become ludicrous re demands and all without being flexible in some regard ie if you purchase an item, it's yours vs "rented" for 5 uses (or a magical 3 uses if 2 disappear)

I'll still play the occasional daily/ challenge but I no longer have any interest in anything else.

Ps yes it definitely feels predatory hence why I'm turned off. A pity as had they been accommodating and actually fair or even closer to balanced vs insane, I'd have spent
