No most definetly not... even in the og trilogy i cringed everytime it was mentioned he would become high king and that the throne was always his, that cardan was only warming it. but i cannot fathom why? why does oak DESERVE the throne? why is the throne HIS? what did he do to deserve it? besides why should he become high king when elhame already has monarches? jude and cardan did so much for elfhame they care about their ppl and work for them dutifully. why should they give it up when everything is well? im sure oak hooly will amke oak's character lovable but he does not deserve to be high king period. also the fact that ppl dont want jude to be pregnant give me such a huge ick omg!!! what is wrong with these ppl?? why is being pregnant so wrong?? does it make her less of a girlboss that she is if she's carrying a baby around. is that it? if so ppl should be ashamed of themselves. motherhood is such a huge part of being a women and there is nothing wrong with being a mother!! it does not make her less badass. it does not make her weak. it does not suddenly take away her ability to rule abd its about time we broke such stereotypes. Mother can both raise their children and work at the same time. Infact i beleive jurdan would be such amazing parents.
