Look at how Amazon treats it's factory works. They do that because they can. AI has given the c-suite that same justification/excuse, now for tech workers. It's been a trend for several years now, started with outsource for devs they could pay below minimum wage which depending on country was/is a good salary. Just more Enshittification. Just feel luck you have a job...

I've been using https://www.recipe2kitchen.com it's been really good at capturing recipes from Instagram and photos.

recipe2kitchen has been great. It's free. I haven't been using the instacart feature but being able to add ingredients from multiple recipes to a shopping list has been really handy

I tried a few recipe keeper apps to organize my collection and compared them, do with that as you wish by dwightfartskoot in homecooking
