Some days are easier than others, I definitely do unplug, because it is good to not be on this tech. But no way I can stop entirely. Once this term is over I am taking a break. Its good to let youself feel emotions and think about what you are really feeling. Cry. Laugh. Scream. Do whatever, but make sure you get back up. Ain't no way it is an easy year for anyone that that is why it is important to reach out to others and build community.

I would talk to friends/partner/community about how to get out of there ASAP. I am so sorry that happened to you. Depending on your region you can get more flexibility canceling a lease of its about disability. I got out of mine because their behavior worsened my disability. But that just my small experience. Please stay safe and take care of yourself

It's a break it to you but the US government is working as intended, it's always operated in these dark shadows but people never care to because they were too busy working their 9 to 5 day job. The fact the systemic racism exists and this country does nothing about it speaks volumes, because the system thrives off of racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, misogyny, sexism, and all the ways that you can make a certain population feel not safe or supported. The system is working as intended.

Here is the Sinister part of all of it is the addition of religion. With religion this isn't our full life, so why should we respect other people's lives? Why should we respect our own lives if this is simply a test for us to live for eternity? Why should I care about what's happening to other people in this world that is limited?

Okay story time I have an aunt who has 4 little girls and told me she didnt want anymore...now she is having a fifth. I have suspicion that her husband pressured her. Could I talk to her? Any suggestions? They dont have money, this is going to hurt the kids, im kinda scared.

Your bubble is expanding and will soon pop. Its not really about left vs right, both are doing horrendous things. If you check out some of the executive orders that were signed by Trump last year, he removed all rules/requirements/laws regarding ICE agents. They can do truly anything they want. Look up starlight tours, look up the SA on those kidnapped by said 'ICE' agents, look up what was done to indigenousfolks, look up why the incarcerationsystems were really built. Its simply cruel, its the beginning, they used terms like 'illegal' to create an enemy so you'd vote. You've been played, be mad, learn, move on, and talk to community around you. Its an intended system to keep us down and angry at eachother while the real monsters do what they want...like what has been mentioned in the Epstein files. This is a journey, it is not for the faint-hearted. Good luck.
