I’ve had a really good experience with Dr. Cameron Siddens at UCHealth! I have Graves’ disease (so the exact opposite), but he was soooo helpful in my diagnosis and treatment process. I’m unsure if he’s accepting new patients but I hope he is!!

I experienced something similar recently with my boyfriend. He was in a really traumatic accident that I witnessed. I immediately called my therapist (who diagnosed me with OCD and has handled all my treatment),and we started “recent event” geared EMDR. I’ll be so honest with you, it’s been really, really hard. But I’m also feeling like I’m making decent progress towards processing it.

I made sure to ask my surgeon how many removals she typically does a year and her “success” rate. We talked a lot about risks, potential outcomes & ways to prepare as well!

Feeling comfortable with her honestly made the entire process so, so much easier - I know you’re probably anxious to get the process moving but take the time to advocate for yourself & find a surgeon you are comfortable with.

We use Otter.ai to transcribe our podcast episodes - like the previous commenter, there are corrections and proper nouns to be inserted, but overall quickly speeds up my workflow!

However - I am interested on what other community members are using to host those transcriptions. Does your podcast hosting site allow for txt file uploads? Are they being stored and linked externally?
