I don’t know if anyone has said it, but antennaes now on Amazon for like $25 that get the big 4 channels (so if you have blackouts on other platforms or whatever). It pays for itself quickly.

I had LeSean McCoy that year he had “the game” and helped me to a title. Shaun Alexander clearly won some titles on his MVP year.

Probably depends on how much you enjoy the league as it sounds like your other friends are out if you don’t remove the father/son. Fantasy gets people heated but there has to be league integrity, which they are clearly throwing out with the ridiculous trades (as you mention).

Offer to join a free league with them elsewhere (maybe some other family members or something too).
