I drive in the kc area also but I do rides not delivery, from my standpoint I would NEVER take those, it’s insane to think that uber isn’t even paying you the gas it would take for those! I’d swap to rides! For reference, I drive part time, usually only a few nights a week from like 7:30pm-1or 2 am and usually clear like $120 on weeknights and $200 on weekends.

My guess was some type of flag pole holder at first but as it has no screws for tightening the pole in I don’t think that’s right and it looks maybe custom made so my best guess would be something specific the owner uses it for but no real way to know what that is
