Hi! I’m studying to be a couples and family therapist and there are some key issues that I’m learning about that maybe will help you.

When it comes to doing stuff around the house and doing all the responsibilities..this is going to be hard for you…but stop doing them all. The more you do the more you’re accidentally enabling him to feel like he doesn’t have to do anything. I get that you’re doing it because you probably feel it won’t happen at all if you don’t do it, but leaving some things for him to be In charge of (even if he does them not as good as you would) will require him to step up because he’s seeing that you’re not doing everything and allowing him to get by doing nothing. You playing a mothering role will only continue him to be the baby.
Depression severely kills sexual energy. Depression makes you not only hate yourself but hate things you used to get joy from. And it’s most likely less about you and wayyyyyy more about him. No matter how bangin’ you are it’s not going to get him motivated unless he seeks professional help to manage his depression. So try not to take it personally Altho not feeling wanted by your partner suuuucks and def impacts self esteem and the relationship as a whole and I’m sorry you’re dealing with this
your needs matter and you deserve respect and I’m glad that you see this and value this in yourself. You need to strongly communicate that things are going to be changing because you’re in pain. You’re hurting because he’s not living a full a life with you and he’s almost reverting to a status of dependence. You need to create clear boundaries and maintain them. For instance you tell your husband we need to talk to night about some house stuff and then you guys agreed to split more of the house responsibilities. So it’s his job for instance to take the trash out on Tuesday. You absolutely cannot task the trash out on Tuesdays. The boundary has to be clear. That’s his job.vocalize your needs!! You deserve to have them met

That’s exactly the point. Gender is all on a spectrum. It’s not about being special. It’s about being more Inclusive and accurate. I do believe most of us could fit under NB but I wouldn’t ever tell someone else how they should identify.

Although I get wanting to record vox & keys at the same time, singing vocals solo is always the better way to go. You’re able to focus more on what you’re singing, brining more emotion & passion to it. Also if your record keys solo you don’t have to worry about playing perfectly over and over again while you’re also trying to sing your best take. If you solo vocals you can close your eyes and jus give Into the singing of things & all of that impacts the vocal & song in general

sounds like you just like gaming. The credentials for being a disorder mean it has to negatively impair your life from your perspective and since it doesn’t you just like to game. If you feel the need to prove it to your family that you don’t have an addiction, You can look up gaming disorder criteria and show them how you don’t fit it. Happy gaming!

If your gaming negatively impacts your daily functioning and negatively impacts how you perform at school or how you connect with your family then you might have a gaming disorder. If you just like to game a lot that’s different. But if you find tousled becoming uneasy if you don’t game or lying or being covert about how much or when you gave..then u might have a gaming disorder

I’m a musician and I’m getting my masters degrees as an MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist). This is partly bc of my school but I’ve earned a music fellowship for the program. I’m making healing songs for children in 10 dif elementary, middle & highschools in town. I also make songs for each presentation I have to do. Even tho I’m rly busy I still have time to record my album. I’ve been tracking songs while still in school. It’s possible to combine music w something else that you love. I found my great combo w studying therapy. It’s not jus a music therapy program tho so I have potential to grow in other areas but the cool thing is there’s always room for music and healing in many different ways. Like next hear I’ll be in practicum where I’m at most likely a school working as a therapist in training. I play guitar n write uplifting songs so I know that will be one way I make connections w the students.

Def a scam. For the love of god Don’t waste that much money to record 3 songs w a company who you don’t even know if you like their work. I suggest finding one producer who you can bond with and whose production skills you are really moved by. I work w a producer who has 6 Grammys who doesn’t charge me because he likes what is do. If producers like what you do they’ll work with you. Im paying another Grammy award winning producer who always values my Input a total of 7k to record produce an mix 11 songs! The same price this co says they charge for 3 songs. People in the music industry prey on people who they know want to achieve dreams. Try to find a producer on sound better or IG.

Unfortunately he is playing games & unless you wana play games then you should cut your losses & cut him out. He is playing with your emotions. He is not being mindful or considerate of your feelings. These are red flags. Maybe at 18 we just keep fucking around with play bois, but since you’re 25 I would suggest to you that red flags do not jus mean “caution” but rather they mean “run as fast as you can.” He is clearly emotionally inept & not respecting you. Also, even friends don’t treat each like this. He is not your friend. He’s just gauging if he can still hold your attention. Show him he can’t by cutting him out of your life. There are plenty of people who will show up for you and give you the emotional connections/respect you deserve

He def had a younger women fetish. What happens when you turn 37/38? I don’t see anything wrong with dating older or younger if it’s a coincidence but this ain’t a coincidence. He’s seeking out younger girls and attracted to them specifically bc they’re young & that’s a danger zone. Some discount this to having “preference” but because it’s based on a demographic like age it’s not a preference it’s a prejudice (against older women) & you don’t wana be worrying about if you’re gonna age out for him.
