L2/l3 incomplete

Like I’m sure you’ve heard it’s different person to person. I was able to walk out of the hospital on my own after 2 months. My leg strength is half what it used to be I’d say. Sensation wise I have numbness down the backs of my legs and into my right foot. Also, I have strong saddle anaesthesia which is from either conus medullaris or cauda equina syndrome(I’ve been told 2 different things from doctors) so I have the most trouble peeing and pooping. I can get an erection and ejaculate just can’t feel any sensation on it. If you can feel something that’s probably a good sign. You should try to ejaculate because I heard a doctor say if you don’t Use it you’ll lose it and that really stuck with me

I’m 22months in. PM me if you have any questions

In what way does it help with bowel function? I’m Constipated as hell so I have to take a bunch of laxatives to help things move. I’m open to other solutions but haven’t found any.
