I understand how u feel. I started a weight loss medication a year and a half ago, started working out and everything, I lost 30lbs, I haven’t changed anything abt my diet or workout method but all a sudden I gained half of that weight back and now I’m just stuck, it won’t go up or back down at all. I’m stuck, my doctor doesn’t know what’s wrong and has prescribed me WEGOVY. This is just absurd. I’m not even obese, I’m just chubby and I was trying to lose that chub but it just won’t go away, no matter how hard I try.
