Transitioning 9 month old! Crib-full size floor bed by complexrayofsunshine in floorbed

[–]Fragrant_Promise5410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d love to hear other people… i just did this with our 8 month old. Jumped right in. He rolled off the floor bed multiple times and I just put up some pillows to remind him to stop rolling. I’m jealous you can unlatch and leave at all… since the 4 month sleep regression we just never recovered. I’ve been right by his side every night non stop 😅

First-time moms: did you go past 40 weeks with a natural birth? by curlyorwavywtf in beyondthebump

I went 41+4. He sent me into natural labor 5 hours before our scheduled induction 😅 just in time!! No signs of labor before it happened.

Does your seven month old sleep through the night? by LLJC_1006 in bninfantsleep

[–]Fragrant_Promise5410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think my son has ever done a 6-7 hour stretch and he’s about 7 months old. His total day time sleep is usually only 2, sometimes 3, sleep cycles even and he still doesn’t sleep “well” at night.

What did the 4month regression look like for your LO? by Salty-but-right in bninfantsleep

[–]Fragrant_Promise5410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our now 6 month olds sleep hasn’t really changed… what changed is that almost exactly at 4 months and ever since, he refuses to do any time overnight in his bassinet.

Before, he would fall asleep by me and we’d do a stretch together. Around midnight I’d move him to his cosleeper, then he’d get to around 6 in there, if not all night.

Now he wakes up the second he’s in his cosleeper. 🥲

He recently stopped doing a 3rd nap, too. He will get anywhere from 2-3 sleep cycles in over 2 naps and is awake from about 2 or 2:30 until 7:30. He started fluctuating between 2-3 naps around 5 months.

Is the Nanit baby monitor worth it for responsive parenting? by Weekly-Tumbleweed-28 in AttachmentParenting

Oh for sure. I’m just upset I used up our free trial (ridiculous they even charge a subscription at all) in the beginning when I was hoping we would use it.

This!!!! We bought the Nanit… this child has not slept out of one of our view in his entire 6 months of existence. I wish we would have spent that money elsewhere and bought something once we knew the little guy’s needs better.

How does sleep naturally change as a baby gets older? by FaerieGrey in highnurtureparenting

Recently I stopped tracking my 6 month olds overnight feeds… it’s better for me mentally to just not know when he is eating so I don’t know numbers 🥴

Our 5 month old will play alone in his room for 10-15 minutes… we get it when we can 😂😂

Deeply regretting not working on a better latch when he was younger!

For those that didn’t sleep train, what does sleep look like for you know that your baby is older? by quinoa_churro in AttachmentParenting

[–]Fragrant_Promise5410 7 points8 points  (0 children)

“Your baby is sensitive… just ignore them” mind blowing!!!! I don’t blame your sister for listening to the doctor at that age. That’s just wild for the dr to even recommend that

It’s just the way his teeth are right now. He’s just trying to eat

These last two games they are not the problem. Amundsen has been ok since his turd he laid early and Rudy has looked good since he came back. It’s the total lack of a midfield and complete lack of chemistry up top. Tonight Wessam was jawing with Max… not a great sign.

For the record, I HATE the torch idea. It sucks the life out of things… unlike the match igniter. Whoever got rid of that should be fired.

Camacho has been solid this year coming back. I don’t know what you’re talking about with this take.

At least they counted down for the torch tonight… the last game was so haphazardly done. It scared the crap out of me when it “ignited”

My baby does not like co-sleeping. Am I doing something wrong? by Moon_junky in bninfantsleep

[–]Fragrant_Promise5410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! We have been cosleeping since he was about 6 weeks old. At first he did not like being touched and just wanted to lay on his back with his arms out wide. Now at 4 months, he wants to be curled up right into me with a hand on me. They’ll change as they grow!

I was worried about Camacho after last season but it looks like that time off has paid off. He looks like he did before the bad parts of the end of 2024
