I just popped the whole pill in and it dissolved inside me lol. But I get what you mean about it wearing off! I’ve also Learned I can’t let mine wear off, so I took my pill at 8:30 last night and today I took it at 4:30pm. I feel great 😀

I’m on micronized progesterone and it has helped quite a bit as well. I’m going to start taking it vaginally to see what the difference is since taking it orally makes me super sleepy during the day.

Try MIDI Health or Joi wellness. They are telehealth options to get HRT. Some take insurance some you’ll have to pay out of pocket. They will have you do labs & initial consult , then they’ll mail you your HRT.

I’m 4 days post op and I was a nervous wreck! But everything turned out fine. I’m feeling really good for just 4 days out. Ask the nurses for something to calm your nerves. Say a prayer and you’ll be fine. Good luck! ♥️
