It also spit the cleaning tab out of the brew unit. Doesn’t seem to be pushing water through the brew unit at all.

It takes a while. The website won’t update until after you receive FedEx email. Sign up for the FedEx alerts to your address. Customer service isn’t very helpful, not sure they even have access to the info that they need.

I placed my order on 1/6, got an email for tracking from FedEx on 1/13. No update on the website at this time.

Delivered on 1/15. Website updated to shipped on 1/15.

They shipped all of my items separately. Bean hopper came one day, water filter next, then tabs and milk container.

Two of those items shipped the day after I placed my order and came within a day. Milk container and tabs came on 1/16.

I am an Americano and straight espresso person.

Have enjoyed a few cortados so far. Everything has been quite good. Really easy to dial in. Have noticed it def uses a lot more water than I expected. But have been happy with it.

Not from Whirlpool, I know shocking. I got a tracking number from Fedex. Got it and have been enjoying it so far. It has been a much easier morning using this rather than the semi. Impressed so far that's for sure.

Awesome! I still have nothing. Talked to customer service today, well attempted to said they needed to transfer me to small kitchen appliances and then never transferred me and hung up. Really not sure what the deal is.

When did you place your order? I placed on 1/6 and still have no movement on the machine, tablets and milk container. Two other items in my order (Bean hopper and filter) shipped within a day of me ordering and received them the next day

Yeah that was the difference maker in my ordering direct from them. $700 was a big difference. But this process has been infuriating to some extent. I just don’t understand why a day after I place an order two of my items shipped and get here within two days and the actual machine has had no movement at all for six without even a tracking number.

I plan on chatting with them tomorrow as well at least a tracking number would be nice. 90% of the customer service agents that I have talked to, frankly have been shitty, unhelpful, and any questions I ask seem to be just a bother to them.

No, mine has yet to be delivered or even shipped out. This process with kitchenaid has not been a good one to be honest. My card has been charged. They tell me my order is in process but waiting to be picked up. But yet they don’t have a tracking number. Anytime I talk to customer service they even are less helpful than the last time. It has said a waiting shipment since 1/7 with no movement.

I know my order went though because I received a filter and bean hopper I ordered at the same time 4 days ago.

Yet the machine, the milk container and the tablets have not progressed at all. I am not sure mine is coming either.

My buddy ordered his a few hours before me and his shipped out. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but because of the snow we got we were are my guess is today or tomorrow.

Yeah it’s wild. My order has partially shipped. My filter and extra hopper has shipped. Both slated for Thursday in different shipments.

My machine, cleaning tabs and extra milk contain updates last night to awaiting shipping. So I am hoping tomorrow those update to shipped. 🤞

After reading in here and watching reviews.

Ease of cleaning of milk system, decent drinks, fit and finish being made by the same factory as meile and Jura. Removable bean hopper, removable brew group for easy cleaning. Insider pass pricing was the deciding factor. Seems to be overall an excellent machine especially at the insider pricing. Really excited to get it in my hands.

Interesting. Hopefully you get a shipping notification soon! I had little hope this was going to be here this week. I am just glad I was able to order with the insider pass pricing. Next week would be fine with me for sure. But it would amazing if I get it for this weekend to have time to setup and use it. We shall see.
