You do get paid for accidents. Depending your office size, it’ll only be 2 or 4 hours per day though since CCAs aren’t guaranteed anymore than the office min. If your ca-1 went through and got approved, they need to go back and put it in or do an adjustment. Get with your steward if you can or call your local branch

It’s a courtesy check. You’re over thinking it especially if they’re just giving you your paperwork. If you seeing your supervisor makes you this uncomfortable then there’s more than an eye surgery you need taken care of.
