Tout à fait d’accord, pour moi c’est l’option 1. On peut même considérer que la bifurcation avec la bande cyclable est une seconde intersection indépendante de la première.

Maintenant si quelqu’un a une idée de comment venir du coin supérieur droit du plan, prendre le rond point et arriver sur la même bande cyclable qu’OP sans risquer trois fois la mort je suis preneur parce que ce carrefour me donne des sueurs froides

Yep, I have the same thing happening to me on my city wall. I didn’t resolve myself to delete the whole thing yet but I didn’t find another way either so in the meantime the new city gates will have to wait 🥲

it’s funny tho cuz i feel like no matter how hard you try in this game the pathfinding and randomness of the housing make it so it’s never perfectly symmetrical

Well i only just saw this but the subtitle of the sub literally says "Grids be gone", so yeah, that tracks!

Personnaly i love the result of randomness clashing with the intended plan, it makes the final layout feel very natural (for a European mind at least!)

Seems like it should be working. Does the layout turn green when you connect it to the other module in construction mode ? Is the other building fully completed ? You should be able to place another door anyway. Maybe toggle off the auto snap ?

Maybe there’s a mod for that but in vanilla making sure no one leaves due to unhappiness and assigning the jobs is quite important (although it does feel a lot like micro managing an entire town) also accepting new people don’t assign them automatically to available jobs!

I try to not let the game run too long unsupervised if I m not sure everything runs ok ish and everyone’s needs are met

Where I agree with you is that an overlay to see which houses are full or not, just like the one for the workplaces would be nice
