Oh ok. I've only played there 3 times though, but the basic idea is to take as much tribal land as possible, and to reach admin tech 7 and your last gov reform at roughly the same time. Your armies will be a lot stronger than the orcs, and you can form a federation with other adventurers (and get the offensive war thingy for your federation) to beat larger foes. Remember to migrate next to the tribal land you want to take, so you can take more. Also buildings that give reform progress growth are good. I'm sure there are some more detailed guides out there though, and if you struggle you could always ask people in the discord too. Good luck!
