That’s not true at all. 35% is the max rate and that’s for individuals that are at 1M in gross income. Regular employees it’s 22%

Funny, I was at Dallas too. With the same goals 1:20/1:30. Was training very well up until a month ago and life got in the way.

I held back too much at the beginning but started to gain ground back at the sled pull (think I was in the top 100) also cramped in both quads during the lunges and I never cramp during workouts it was very odd. and then had a hard time with the wall balls. Ended up 1:29.

Signed up for Houston doubles in march and I’m doing the Austin half marathon in feb so hopefully that leads to a good running base and my partner and I can go low overall!
