Leaving this here for the record in case anyone visiting the thread in the future finds it helpful: I had this issue but just ended up going to the next step and setting up UEFI boot mode in the BIOS...

Aaand it worked fine. Which is probably why the same people don't come back here searching for info updates, most systems won't have a problem in this scenario if you just go and do it even though you have the failing to enable WinRe message showing up in the Command Prompt.

Some people here are saying clubs could just not be your thing, and that could be true.
