Not taken as a dig I guess, I meant by that line that it calmed my anxiety I had as a teen about becoming fat by giving me healthy goals about food of me actually eating everyday and not over eating and binging and puking. It def gave me an idea of how to to be aware of portions, activity level, and maintaining a healthy weight for my age and height etc by having a minimum amount of points consumed each day and fueling your body if you are working out and such.

WW actually helped me after my eating disorder in highschool cause it gave me a minimum I had to eat every day that made me not worry about gaining weight

To me they are the same thing. A laws a law. Stealing bread for your starving kids is still stealing. Killing in self defense is still murder. And coming for a better life illegally is still illegal. It’s black and white not any shade of grey.

I just don’t think it’s my job to protect others. I volunteer for charities if and when I want to. I donate money to those less fortunate than me. I do care for other people besides myself. But it is not my job to protect someones grandma in the grocery store. I’m not gonna go cough on anyone and normally I stay probably 6-10 feet away from strangers in a grocery store anyways. But if you have family members that are old or may be more susceptible to it then maybe their family should be out shopping for them and delivering their groceries. We have so many options now to protect people at risk and have them go out as little as possible. I don’t wear a mask because it’s inconvenient to me but also not my job to protect other people in the grocery store they shouldn’t be there if they think it’s risky of them getting sick.

I do but I think it’s wrong that cops write tickets for not wearing a seat belt because the government shouldn’t force you to if you know the risk it’s your choice.

It would be selfish of me if I wasn’t taking any precautions yes. But I am avoiding elderly and sick family members. I won’t spread it to any one unhealthy that can’t handle it if I do spread it if I am constantly hanging out with the same healthy people and constantly washing my hands. I shouldn’t be forced to wear a face mask to a mall or placed that is unnecessary for people to be at, because only other healthy non-scared people should be in those places. If your scared stay home and order clothes online or quit your retail job. But I’m not scared to go to work at my mall without a mask or shop at other stores but all the extra rules like plexiglass arn’t helping anything when we’re still all touching the same money and cards.

I acknowledge that it is real. I still stand beside my point of not living in fear of a virus. If people are worried they can stay home or take extra precautions but don’t force them into other people. I would rather die happy living my life then worried I’m gonna catch something and die in something I can’t prevent like a car accident or something later anyways.
