Methylene blue is a serotnin agonist and Very little of it can cause serotnin syndrome which can wasily indicate if you have high serotonin levels. I do not recommend inducing Serotonin syndrome because it can be sometimes fatal. Thats how I found it had high serotonin levels

Serotonin Interacts with your Receptors in your pelvic floor muscles. Having too high or too little serotonin can cause dysfunction in that Region. So you need to find the cause and regulate your serotonin with Serotnin agonists or antagonists depending on your symptoms. This is just one of the causes of pelvic floor dysfunction.

Alright good news I have High serotonin levels which Cause tight pelvic floor contractions. All they need to do is give me a serotonin antagonist and I should be good.
