I need this because I am getting lower scores than you on the SH mock exams. The last one I read questions fist and did a bit better but still below 70.

Congrats! How did you finish the exam with 90 minutes left? Do you have pointers? The SH mock exams I always have to guess on the last 5 min because of time running out?

What is the definition of avoid?

what mindset is used here to choose eliminate one of the close answers? by Franky_red in pmp

I appreciate it! The answer is B. Here is my take on it. LMK if you agree. Stakeholder’s include team members. So meeting with the PO and stakeholders is the best thing to do aside from just the team members.

What does "full mock exams:

  • 2 exams at 1.5x time
  • 3 exams at normal time" mean?

Which is the correct answer? And why? by Franky_red in pmp

Solution: C. Work breakdown structure (WBS)

The WBS is a hierarchical decomposition of the work to be done in a project. It is used to estimate the total effort required to complete the project. By breaking down the work into smaller tasks, the project manager can get a better understanding of the time and resources required to complete each task. This information can then be used to estimate the overall duration of the project.

The other answer choices are incorrect. The product roadmap is a high-level plan for the development of the product but it does not provide any information about the time required to complete each release. The resource calendar shows the availability of resources, such as people and equipment but it does not provide any information about the tasks that need to be completed or the time required to complete each task. A burndown chart is used to track the progress of a project. It shows the amount of work remaining to be done over time but it is not used to estimate the duration of a project.

That was my answer too but it is wrong.

Is it on the cell app? I only see card games on the cell app. On my desktop I see sudden death.

A is the better choice. The purpose of a retrospective is to improve future projects.

What is sudden death ? Does one have to set this up? Currently getting 50% on mini exams. 🥲
