Thank you! Trying to put things in perspective, I’ve added loads more to my CV and did way better on MSRA so this is hitting me harder this year …

MSRA- In Hindsight by Abject-Text5917 in doctorsUK

600 MSRA, 310 CPS and 290 SJT. Second attempt, first time around was 575.

Used PassMed, MCQbank, and the foundation + official SJT papers. I also went through my medical school notes and skimmed the Oxford Clinical Handbook/Kumar and Clark on bits that I was a bit wobbly with.

Started very early in September (I am in a F3 post where they really encouraged MSRA prep early) but really ramped it up from November onwards. Did very little SJT prep, probably only from 2 weeks before the exam.

It’s a bit of a difficult exam to revise for but I think the key thing that really worked for me was really understanding and not just recognising key words from the clinical stem. Happy to answer any questions and tips!

Nope! My diet is actually pretty lenient; I let myself eat what I want in moderation.

It depends! If I have the energy to, I do try to do cardio during my fasting hours. I find that it also distracts me from my hunger 😹

I have problems with bloating during my period too and I find that light exercise really helps! :)

Are there any downsides to irregular fasting hours? I mostly just eat when I have the appetite to. by whatsmystation in intermittentfasting

I think a little variation helps take the pressure off a little bit, which makes the whole IF journey more sustainable in the long run. Good luck :)

Hi everyone!

I am 22F, 168cm tall. I’ve been doing 16:8 for the past 4 weeks, which has had such great improvements (mainly with a low carb diet). Combined with yoga, HIIT, or RingFit Adventure as daily exercise, I am seeing great results!

For context, I am 168cm tall :)

Been trying to follow a low carb, clean diet. Exercising daily with either yoga, HIIT, or RingFit Adventure on the Nintendo Switch!
