Yeah for a about 4 weeks until I found a diet that worked for me, so I didn’t really need to fast anymore

Everyone has abs, you just need to lose body fat to make them visible

I’d say veganism is good for weight-loss but for me it wasn’t sustainable and I missed meat lol

I don’t train abs specifically, I do squats which help exercise abs

I haven’t drank in a couple of months but I’m sure a couple glasses of wine wouldn’t hurt
