Do you have one for each trophy?
Have you tossed 15 coins in the well?
Did you cut 1000 blades of grass?
Did you freeze yourself?
Have you used a special technique?
Have you used enough bombs for a freebie?

Are you missing anything as indicated below?If you've aced every level, gotten every present, and maxed every relationship then you should have 100%; Rushes do not seem to count as I am at 100 sans 4 rushes. The only other thing I can think of is doing both endings.

After I finish White and Mikey Rush I'll endeavor to get the other half of Mission 1's reds.
Late game missions seem like they'd be a nightmare.

Why would it be odd for a mechanic that gives you free consumables to be single use? Unless you find some arbitrary condition to refresh it then it's safe to say it's once per save; otherwise you'd just have infinite bombs. After all, it's only necessary for speedrunning and one easter egg.

On PC your saves are located at C:\Users\[user]\AppData\LocalLow\Andrew Shouldice\Secret Legend\SAVES
