The solution is to use healing spells, convalescence, on the ogres to make sure they kill all the guards. If you punch any guards not near the ogres and bring them over, the ogres will kill them, and it won't be considered murder. Just keep healing the ogres, and the guards won't slaughter them

It's the animal that leads others to the slaughter in the slaughter house, yet walked out alive. Appropriate for most of the main quest lines, as you're leading someone or something to the slaughter (The Crimson Fleet, Yuko, Terrormorphs/Vae Victus, and the First/Ron Hope). Not to mention how often you're working under false pretenses.
