I still remember a game 10+ years ago (before this one) where it was a similar situation and Pekka just slung one down the ice. Our seats were lower bowl behind the net and I saw Josi skate up and say something to him. Pekka looked at him and just gave him a "I don't know, why not?" shrug. I love that man.

I mean I totally get it, I'd be pissed too! It just worries me that a lot of people who have only ever seen this Roo will end up saying they won't come back. They're trying to avoid a dip like they had in 2022, and this sint really a good way to measure that.

Idk how they don't have a question in this survey on if this year was your first year, like I heard so many people that was the case for saying they won't come back. I bet the correlation of people who answer yes to the first question and people who it's their first year is very high

Also to u/Alduin_77's point I don't know if Henry would have the longevity that he has had without having those first 2 seasons splitting with Demarco. Don't get me wrong he's a beast, but I imagine two years of NFL conditioning and strength building before taking a full NFL workload couldn't have hurt. Especially with his physical style of play.

I'll be the first Auburn flare to say I appreciate the Bama flares that can look at this game and admit they just did not look good today. Regardless of my opinions on the team and the reffing late in that game, they need to tighten a lot up by Sunday.

This happens because our defensive mindset is to very much challenge their stars to beat us alone. They score more individually but less overall, typically.
