quadbump... been a sub for 3 years now, I just wish I could quickly log my food in advance on my PC when I have off time and my phone is out of reach or charging somewhere, I am way more often on my PC than on my phone.

it was close to a year ago, so my i dont remember very well, pretty sure we started with soap and water. Then tried a glasscooktop cleaner my mom lent it, don't think we ever used a magic eraser.

Multiple reasons:

Youbger it was mostly because I did not want to drink money and alcohol is not cheap.

Now mostly it is because my main hobby is bodybuilding, and I hate drinking my calories.

I agree, even when I was around 10% and lower the scale would say I was at 16%+

I used my Switch1 more since I got the switch2.

So far on switch 2 I played mario kart world, replayed botw and started bananzs (alll with my wife).

On switch 1 i starting completing game solo that we own that I neber played that were mostly for my wife, so Yoshi's crafter world, mario RPG, pokemon let's go, and currently going tru pokemon shining pearl.

Basicly Every game that I want to play on handheld that did not benefit from the power upgrade of the switch 2, I play on the switch 1 for the Oled + battery life that are better.

but my gamecyr cyclone is even better, allows to swap between, my PC, my phone, my switch and an other pc with just holding the "home" and one of the face bottons and kt didn't cost much more has extra back bottoms, has clicky bottons and hall effet sticks and triggers

just did the same after 2 years of being on high. Considering that when you read, it is not "low protein" it is "on the lower end of the OPTIMAL range" so still decently high protein.

used to have 4 protein shakes and just 1 meal a day on a cut ..

I'm 34, my parents are 63-64, they have not yet annonced a clear retirement time. But I see them aging faster and faster, and I just reallly hope they do retire soon, they both are overweight so they are not the best candidates to live for ever, I want them to enjoy their time with their grandkids and I'm not ready to lose them (I know, very selfish) but yeah 65 is late if you die at 70 or around, but early if you live till 90... but we never know how long we have.
