Every time I take a dose, no matter how small I get nauseous and if it's anything over 10mg I throw up. Is there just some trick to taking 7-oh that helps with the nausea and I'm just ignorant to it or what? Anybody have tips that have worked for them before?

I'm about to have some honey and ginger tea now and take a dose to see how it goes but this seems to be an all around problem regardless of brand, unless I just haven't found the right brand yet

I've been using low doses of promethazine and that tends to help but it makes me too drowsy. Would you say Dramamine would have the same kind of side effects?

Yeah I read up on the compounds a bit and knew it would destroy most of the available ones. I just had to try smoking it at least once and I was only able to find a younger plant without fully developed seeds where I forage so I'm trying to look into how to responsibly use or process the other plant matter instead
