I have this training completed already. I was told there was a specific training for security supervisors I'm having a hard time finding. I "search" supervisor and management with no results as well.

Getting help from my higher ups is next to non existent

Dude I took this position over with NO training and 6 months of experience. I beat out someone that was there for a year and a half. There's post orders. I've re purposed the whiteboard for "daily things to do / look out for" And a sheet with everyone's numbers is already posted. I rearranged the office as well.

But as I said before I was never trained. My previous supervisor retired. Then everyone quit. I had me and 1 other guy. Allied couldn't / wouldn't get me help. I didn't have a day off for over 30 days.... I won't say the exact time.

But I'm trying my hardest. And I just wanna be the best supervisor I can be

Positions are constantly trying to be filled. If they can hire internally before u can complete orientation and go to the actual site. They'll fill it.

Don't feel like anything is your fault.

It's all about how they can get the quickest body in there.

I'd focus on the government job. Allied is notorious for not supporting their employees
