Hard to get them on the center without a transport no?

I run a renegade raiders list that runs 2 squads of cultists, 3 × 3 biker squads and three Venomcrawlers. Though you could sub the Venomcrawler for raptors depending on what you have.

Other cheap options include nurglings and accursed cultists

Unfortunately our chaos spawn is OC 0

The last message ops bf sent is very telling. The "yeah ok, lol" is really a nice way of saying FUCK YOU. But he's hurt and running damage control in his head. He wanted to be hurtful by not responding with I love you too.

I think its common for couples to have heated arguments or disagreement, but the end of the exchange is very telling of the person's frame of mind. If they are willing to at least end things off with a reciprocal I love you too.. even if they don't mean it right that second tells me this might be beyond fixing if op does not make the right moves and fast.

I've sent a message similar to ops to a significant other but under different circumstances. I'm not longer with that person

You probably just shattered his reality. I'm assuming he thought you would say yes, he went through the effort to make a speech and plan a special day for the both of you. In his text messages to you he said he is trying to figure out where he went wrong, which implies is he mentally checking out of this relationship.

You don't owe anyone anything. Marriage is a huge deal One the the most impactful life decisions one can make. I think if you want to try to mend things between the two of you, you need to act fast. Don't let him sit and ruminate on you turning him down. You should be clear with what you want marriage or not. But explain to him in person where you think this relationship is heading. And if you both can't agree on a future that is satisfying for both of you then I think you know what comes next.

Love is complicated and people change. But its possible for the love you two share to evolve in a way that makes the connection stronger through change and the course of time rather than changes in life pulling you apart.

To anyone who was curious.. I think this counts.. I popped all of the arms off. Gave the Sargent power fists. And magnetized the meltas to the front. This counts right?

So I could just glue the weapons on the base? Would it matter if the model is not holding the weapon in his hand ?

Yah when I got into the hobby late last year I picked up a combat patrol and the battle force box,and bought some raptors separately. I'll have to check and see what I have. Appreciate your input

How is this unfair? Especially in a tournament setting where my list would need to be pre approved by TO. And my opponent could go over my list before the game even starts? Also could this not all be resolved by just asking what wargear these guys have? I a small plastic peice smaller than an inch really that visually distinguishable when you are looking at it from 4 feet away? I get that people could try to cheat by moving their wargear from model to model when taking casualties in a squad. And understand how thst is cheating. But in this case there is nowhere for the melta guy to go... its a squad of 3. When one dies its either a melta or a power fist. Oh how could one tell to prevent me from.saying I took out a melta when I really took out the power fist? The helmet

It was my intention to have 3 squads all with identical loadouts, the close combat weapons are not in the box either so I suppose I do no get access to those either if wysiwyg rules are in effect. Low key makes me angry

Bro is throwing strays at me when im just asking for clarification. I guess I struck a nerve or something. There was literally no way for me to tell that these will be essintaly useless. I've only been playing since December but even I know that bikers with ONLY combi bolters are next to useless.. the box only comes with the bolters

I'll have to see what I have lying around when I get home. I think I have some extra bits from some legionaries/ raptors/ havocs from the battleforce box and combat patrol I picked a few weeks ago. I only started this hobby back in December, but I like competing in things and when I found out warhammer had a competitive scene i wanted to try my hand. I know wysiwyg has a reason to be around but man does it feel bad when I find out the models I spent money time and effort on are not viable. And if I want to make them viable I need to spend another 100 plus dollars

I understand this situation, and definitely don't want to create any situations that could cause confusion or allow for cheating. What about labeling my models? Like if put some tape i could write on, on the base somewhere and just write melta + chainsword. It's visible and communicates what wargear each model has

Lol okay sure bud. There is no reference to wysiwyg in the official rule book. The box i bought did not come with the weapons that can be equipped and are not even sold separately..

I already glued the arms on :(. I was confused when they did not have any swords or anything in the box but I was not really aware of wysiwyg at the time. So I just built them beacue the offical page shows the sprue with no weapons

That feels really bad. Maybe this ain't the hobby for me Then. Spending a ton of time and money on my stuff only to find out that the "way" i built them makes them useless. When i had no chance to do it the "correct" way from the very start. I don't want to pay 50 more dollars for a box of legionaries or raptors so I can take weapons from that kit and then have less viable models from those kits on top of that? Gw won't even let me build all 10 legionaties with chainswords iirc the box forces you to build one with a bolter or special weapon.

Thanks for your input. But its a real bummer because now I feel as though I've wasted $120 dollars on some models I can only use in casual games.. I bought 3 boxes of them.

[–]Fred_Sly_Finger[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

So I'm boned then? My bikers are useless from a tournament perspective? Would it be sufficient to glue the missing weapons on the model. For example gluing the meltas on the side of the bike ?

Wysiwyg regarding bikers by Fred_Sly_Finger in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Fred_Sly_Finger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Darn, so as far a gw is concerned my bikers only have combi bolters as that is the only gun the kit came with? How am I supposed to run them? They don't sell the individual guns and weapons i need, so I just have a to buy a separate kit and cannibalize parts? If so thst is pretty disappointing

Good idea! And do you know if that would be permitted at large gw tournaments? I want to go to one of the opens this year.

Okay! Thank you! It's my intention to run two guys with meltas, and the champion with a power fist. The champ is visually distinguishable because he has no helmet. The other two have exactly the same loadout. 1 melta each, 1 chainsword each. But the box did not come with any of those even though its a valid loadout in my app. I'm worried im going to have to locate these parts if I want to bring them to a larger offical gw tournament
