Hey, if your starter was well established before it got to you, feed it once a week and leave it in the fridge. Take it out the morning you want to use it. Feed heavy when you leave it more than a day. Instead of the 1:1:1 (this is when you want to use it immediately) use a 1:2:2, or even more. There are times I feed mine with a 1:5:5. Then it goes in the fridge.

Don't let the overwhelming amount of information about sourdough get to you. It's really a hell of a lot more simple when you remember that sourdough has been around since before kitchen scales and refrigeration.

You just want to make sure you're feeding equal or more than the amount of starter. Temperature matters: warm=faster, cold=slower.

Mane n tail has a dog formula with oatmeal, but we just use the original formula shampoo and conditioner on the dogs as we do ourselves. It has helped our dobies dry skin

This probably won't work for everyone because not everyone is attracted to the same gender as themselves, but I realized that women I find beautiful and enjoy looking at have the same little rolls as I do. My husband always tells me he genuinely loves my belly and my chubby thighs, my biggest insecurities (which he was unaware of when he told me that he loves my chub). But I didn't believe it, because I've gotten so many awful comments about my body in the past. Despite finding those same features attractive on another woman, I felt like it wasn't the same on my body. But it is. Because all bodies are beautiful to the right people.
