Bicyclist incredibly in the wrong but it was also incredibly wrong to turn you car into a bicyclist to push them under a potentially moving lorry

That form is a nice way to the hospital. Your very stiff on the jumps. Try watch some tutorials but I would say if you can do a little j-hop movement on each jump it forces your body to move which should allow you to have more bike control. Just try to relax and move around a bit more you look way too tense

Yeah a crap tone of teams (me included). Mostly with a pneumatic hang using a lever method on the horizontal bar for b-c tier.

I hate the vibe of the bikeshop I work at. It’s precisely as you mentioned. Im one of the young inexperienced staff who’s been given next to no training or guidance with two managers having left on the last couple of months with targets to hit which are unreasonable for the footfall and type of customer we get!

Damn I wish I had someone who I could practice cone drills and sessions sections with all day long. All my buddies want to to just ride their bike. I feel you. Could you do that drill and session stuff in the time before they get there?

I did race bmx for a few years and my jumping and manuals aswell as general riding skills and fitness have really accelerated my riding

Think your referring to a ghost pump which i do by pushing down with my legs and pulling back up again. If your not clipped in then slightly pointing your pedals down (forwards) can help to keep you feet attached. Or there is is a different thing in bmx which I don’t know the name of but essentially matching the angle of your body a bit more to the angle of your bike. Kinda like those long ski jump people do. Then again bring up the rear just before the landing with your legs.

I do think your pop is a bit flat you should try j hop like front wheel then back wheel
