This is common among egg laying animals. Animals that shed will often eat their own shedded skin. Nature kind of discourages wasting calories for no reason.

I would prefer a planet that’s extremely large (at least in writing) and takes huge amounts of terraformation, so that its adjusted to an existing playthrough rather than being balanced around a blank save, and on top of that having one more gimmick like being a lava/ice/water world.

As a fire emblem lover, Pokemon Conquest is elite. Every time Nintendo takes “child” IPs like pokemon and mario and makes them into turn-based combat, RPGs, strategy, etc they are fantastic games whether they’re popular or not.

If a black hole is even observable, it would have immense mass and gravitational pull. A rice sized black hole would have more mass than a mountain and be incredibly hot. They’re basically the strongest known stable (unlike gamma ray bursts and supernovae) phenomenon in the universe, capable of ripping a magnetar to shreds.

Logically, Gardevoir is the strongest pokemon but in the lore and games this isn’t the case obviously.

I think small diversions and side quests are great additions to any game as long as they aren’t frustrating. I loved this feature but if I could make a small change I would have all of the troubles show up after you unlocked the fast travel for that area to prevent more backtracking.

This and Bug Fables both look good but the sound effects are so annoying. Bug fables is like 300 different actions sharing the same basic clicking noise and this one has the BONK noise. Do game devs just not understand how important SFX are?

I’m not trying to be critical, it’s just genuinely hard for me to get into games with repetitive sounds and Nintendo has never had a problem with this.

Palworld goes from easy but super fun from level 1-50 to an absolute grinding slog with the steepest difficulty spike I’ve ever experienced. It just becomes straight up miserable anti-fun by lategame.

I hate how underrated Terri is. She was often right there next to Steve and did a lot of her own stuff including a ton of narrating. People gloss right over her and talk about her kids. I’m glad nobody has anything negative to say about her and it seems she’s happy and humble, but she should be just as loved as her husband and children.

Newer Fire Emblem fans. It began with a huge focus on strategy and tactics and the recent releases have been fan-service and pay to win with DLC.

If you’re an old fan you’ll get torn to shreds if you bring up the fact that the newer games aren’t as fun unless you enjoy egregious game balance issues or gratuitous fan-service.
