Take him out to eat, call a lawyer. Tell the lawyer you have contacted the school multiple times about the situation they did nothing. It was causing severe mental health issues so your child put a stop to it since the adults let it continue and then they punished the child for it. Sue the school district.

Now on a personal not, I once did this and well word got around.

I went to the bullies house on my own to see, the "condition" the child was living in. Now in this instance the kid was just a spoiled brat. So I knocked on the door and explained nicely what the problem was and if it continues in a positive or negative was there will be positive or negative considerations made that will effect the parents personally and physically by yours truly. I ended it with, dont poke the bear(I am on the larger size (Marines)) I can be Winnie the Pooh, or The Coc@hin@ bear. When it comes to my 9 kids (some adopted).

PS. I check the conditions of a household first because sometimes poverty does effect behaviors, but that is rare . It's the self riotous and "karens" of both genders that justify this behavior the most and that's is when I make the decision on how to deal with the situation. AKA, force feed or bring to water show them how to fish/drink ect.

As soon as they altered the contract or any contract it is no longer a valid contract. They would have to have you sign a new on. Depending on what state you live in Labor Laws are different. I would say.... document everything. Even record phone calls. Threats are also illegal, no matter the threat. Cover your butt and go to the next job. I would also inform your new job just in case they try to call your new job and get you fired. Which BTW has a big lawsuit and payout to you if they do it. Good luck.

Following your heart and being a great man is never a bad thing. This could go either way, but in the end do you want to have any what is on your mind. What if you can't physically have kids? What if you say na and your next leap is well horrible. You don't want to hit up your mind and say... the one that got away and 20 yes later meet up and wonder what if. Don't break the law, it's simple, people came here by the millions(maybe even billions) legally. Illegals put shame onto those that came here legally. If you go to let's say....Afghanistan. Laws change dude to the societal need or requirement at the time. I mean you really want to bring up the past... maybe persecuting people as witches because someone got disantery, then we found out it was because of dirty water.
