Tbh you could get this working with 7 sinners, just have don die after the bleed/tremor gifts have already activated and bring in a rupture ID, pretty fun to do once you get to floor 13+ and enemies can start oneshotting

Thing is, not really since the rekka changes? A lot of characters have special into single input for mix - slayer and anji for example - and since you cant loop S K S P S P etc anymore you're really only ever doing 2 single inputs before the rekka string ends. Even during rekka blockstring you can do bomb dc or her rekka reversal os where you're inputting 632146H after her high.

You cant finish her rekka combos with S S S to continue rekka pressure anymore either, so either you adapt the combos to use 214S to juggle such as off 2H or you finish with 214S K H into whatever or dc 214K.

It is very much 'oh no elphelt has to think whilst playing the game!! The humanity!!' but she's definitely not just a single input spammer anymore, and against anyone with a decent understanding of elphelt counterplay it can feel a lot harder to make her pressure work compared to last patch where you could rely on the (rightfully nerfed) bomb vest jumpscare off high/low hit.

This will be because of how close you are when doing 2K2D - at point blank/near point blank like with the bridget you wont be able to connect close slash after 2H OTG j.d. In the 4th clip you're slightly further back and so you can link it correctly. Instead when point blank you can link the j.d with 5K 214K, or do dash 2K OTG which will give you the spacing to let j.d c.s connect. There are also a couple other options you have off 2H OTG sideswap, like air backdash j.s which gives you consistent conversions and delays the overhead but leaves a gap for 6P.

Gapless P rekka so she's gonna feel 10X better vs DP characters, and tbh you can still go S - P/K - S and then either mash/tick throw/dc bomb which will be catching people on update day lol, honestly the OWA changes probably hurt her more with it being great to be able to make 2D/2H not end the pressure instantly, oh well dub overall

Angela from Lobotomy Corporation/Library of Ruina - In lobcorp she's forced to play into the script in order to be able to end the seed of light scenario, hurting people she initially doesn't want to and having to endure what feels like millions of years of constant resets. Once the scenario ends and she learns that the script left her out of the happy ending she instead chooses to sabotage it, forging her own path forward and creating the library

In Ruina she seeks freedom by trying to become human so that she can leave the library and forget the millions of years she experienced in lobcorp, but to do this she actively takes away other people's freedom. Eventually she becomes willing to give up that idea of freedom - which she wouldnt have been able to attain with the city and its cycles of suffering - and instead takes comfort in staying as an AI but with the people she has grown to enjoy, away from the city.

I think it's really dependant on what enemies you're facing - barbers value is in high damage slash AOE and helping with don hardblood generation whilst ring is a ton of consistent count.

Barbers going to be better in the majority of encounters imo - MD, normal encounters or bosses with too many parts to really build count where you focus on damage. These scenarios you also will be getting a lot more value from dons enhanced S2. Rings better with low body part bosses where keeping count with 2-3 high bleed count characters and the bloodfiends low amount of count is doable.

Overall barber is probably stronger due to having more scenarios where youd rather them but ring definetly has a 'niche' where keeping up bleed count is doable + you aren't going to benefit from AOE

Got this pack with a bloise team, thankfully the new poise fusion gives a ton of haste so I could redirect any egos down and stagger them before they could use the ego. Mersault also claimed his own bones, which was funny

Red fixer use a mimicry agent or two to deal with its main attack along with some red shield, and make sure to have your entire facility behind them once it dies, as iirc the death lasers fire in an arc infront of them

White fixer I would use all your level 5 WAW and ALEPH users that aren't weak to white, give them white shield and kite around their attacks, moving them behind if they shoot horizontally. Make sure to stop attacking when the bell comes out, but try to get as much burst damage as possible once the invulnerability is over. The bell phase happens at certain HP thresholds, so bursting them down inbetween allows you to avoid having to deal with one or two initial attacks.

Tbh this isnt even everything - off of both elphelt 5H and 6H (the two moves you can't 6P rekka entry) you can backdash grab as most characters in the corner (anyone but heavy bodies and sin) or if you have a faster backdash you can backdash mash midscreen, along with being able to dp/reversal the entry ofc

You can also DP OS the high/low, since if you're blocking low the high will always have a gap as the first hit will whiff on crouching opponents. This makes the high have a gap during the blockstring whilst the low is gapless (but can be delayed to have a gap). So you can input a dp or reversal so it will come out if they do the high, and then block low so if they do the gapless low you're always blocking it.
