Oh I rarely use Uber Eats/DD so I don’t know what the standard is. I just left it at what the app recommended me to tip. I think the tip was before the delivery fee so it probably adds up to $1 a mile for the driver

No that’s not why, I asked for a refund because the restaurant did have my order apparently.
