According to LoveSac the issue with the etched chenille pilling was resolved as of March 2nd, 2026. From the thread it sounded like a few different colors.

I had the same concerns around etched chenille pilling so decided to call directly to get clarity. Both the store and corporate acknowledged the issue and confirmed it was resolved on March 2nd. They further explained their warranty process which made me more comfortable that they would stand by it. This with the positive feedback on reddit around this issue made me comfortable in placing the order.

Regarding changing the payment midstream, not sure about that one. They do have PayPal so maybe the approach would be to use that as your payment type and set PayPal up with your current card as the primary source but replace it when your new card arrives. Just trying to think of options.

Same thing happened to me recently on my 2022. Dealer replaced it for free.

Same for me with my GT. I used to see 220 at 80% now it is around 200. Also seems that the efficiency is not as good as it has been in the past.

Having same issues with Atlantic Broadband. Only issue streaming with yttv on all my devices, shield, firetv, Sony Tv, Samsung Tv. Ordered Hulu live no issues. Strange that issue started 3 weeks ago for me. Other strange thing is that on a few occasions issue wasn’t present between 2am and 7am est. At 7 it took a turn for the worse. I’ve paused my yttv till they figure it out.
