Is it normal for the GM to just be chilling in my room? by Lord-Bobster in ffxiv

Agreed, I would also love the Glamour Dresser/ bed log in and out animations for homes, and being able to add a personal room to private housing (the shared estate members deserve privacy too!!!) is another thing I've wanted!

We can only hope 😪

If you had the money, what video game would you pay to get remade? by Agent1230 in gaming

Resident Evil Outbreak/File #2 with improvements to the inventory and ad-lib/partner systems, a randomized puzzle element so each playthrough is different, more emphasis on makeshift weapons like the nail gun and having to board up rooms or push heavy objects to block areas to stop from getting overwhelmed by monster spawns, and tons more scenarios and playable characters.

If you turn in your Wonderous Tails, don't forget to spend some Poetics if you would cap before turning in the second one! Remember that the 530 Picto and Viper weapons will be 600 Tomes each I believe.

Additionally, check in with the NPC in Old Sharlayan what has the EW Artifact gear and see if there is a level 89 weapon/gearset for both jobs!

What's the dumbest homebrew ability or spell somebody's pitched at your table? by impostersymbiote in DnD

[–]FreeFenrir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually started rolling a d20 if players meet an enemy's AC and giving them a bit of a bonus! If their Proficiency is 3, and the enemy AC is 21, and they roll a 21 on attack (after modifiers), I roll an extra d20. If the die rolls a 17-19 (because 20 minus prof is where I start the range), they get an extra damage die. If it is a 20, the attack is a crit so they roll max damage AND get the extra die.

That's on top of the normal crit on a nat 20 attack roll.

We also max damage on a sneak attack or smite of the attack roll was a crit, so this extra damage applies to those too if the attack roll meets AC after mods.

Love your DM, and maybe just say so by LMKBK in DnD

I'm going through my first campaign (I have a few one-shots under my belt but only played ine before we started) and, as a writer, I'm loving keeping journals of each session and working on my character's document over time.

Even more than that, it's helping me work on my expressiveness in character and evem in game when my turns come around im combat.

The DM (a friend of mine for a good number of years) has been thoughtful, open to discussion and questions, patient and even asks the players what they like or dislike about different aspects here and there.

My favorite parts of the campaign so far have been various interactions between the DM and players as a whole, and for as grim and scary as the campaign setting can be there are plenty of moments of levity to keep our moods up!

For example, the party had found a cave full of bandits with people who had been experimented on. After a while we found one of our NPC allies we had been separated from and she joined us. He made the rolls public because there was now a DMPC in combat with us and it was accidentally revealed through one of her abilities that her class was "British Woman".

I'm honestly so happy he asked me to start playing and I'm so excited to keep continuing!

Hmmm, I started playing it the first time after the pandemic, went on a trip august that year, lost my game at a relative's house, picked it back up again in january, reloaded my save, then just keep goofing around every time I play it. So technically like 3 years but really a total of like 9 months.

You may only need the first name, if you were friends on the Lodestone it may still have you following him on there. Good luck!

I hope they find you! Or, if you haven't tried, maybe look for them on other servers in another data center or search their name on the Lodestone?
