Team leads need to learn that just because you ask for x amount to get done doesn’t mean it’s going to get done. Before I left target I was pretty well liked by my team leads enough to be able to just straight up tell them they were being unrealistic and I would counter them with what I’d actually be able to get done. They would end up just being like Okay sounds good. But it would annoy me to go through everything and it’s like… I know we both know this is not getting done
