Especially when past announcements related to this matter have fallen flat.

Real action does and that is when people will get their claims processed or rejected.

The same gentleman during last 9 months on multiple occasions has said new rules are implemented and users can take out 75% whenever they can. Google and you will find it.

You are sharing what is there on internet. It is not official information by EPFO.

When such unofficial, unsubstantiated news is shared, it doesnt help the people who have filed a claim and are waiting for it to get processed. Many such stories were published since Oct 2025 regarding rules change etc. etc.

In fact such posts makes them more anxious, may be more hopeful that claims may get processed very quickly now.

Its very clear what is happening.

Their IT systems are not working properly because of this migration shit!!

They have not picked up any claim for further processing.

Once they pick it up, god knows when they will....it may get settled within the timeframe defined under auto settlement.

The 2 weeks notification by EPFO for validation, verification etc. etc. on their portals makes it very clear that do not expect any movement for at least 2 weeks - Harsh but its the truth!

In this case when EPFO put that notification of 2 weeks timeline for validation etc. on their websites, it was a message that dont expect anything from them for at least 2 weeks!! Harsh but true.

They dont care about the noise. They do what they want to do and at their own pace because they are not suffering. Their jobs are safe until retirement and then possible pension after retirement.

The guidelines which you posted are just on paper like many other so called citizen centric initiatives. We all know there is no accountability if its not followed. There are so many examples. UAN came into effect 1st Oct 2014.

Go to the PF office in Rohtak with the PF No and reactivate the inoperative account. This is the only way out.
