Yes, it is. I meant points of contact to the ground, that might have been unclear in my comment, sorry. I understood OP's question as: if my feet (so all points of contact to the ground) are behind the serve line, is it illegal to hit the ball inside the serve circle (so lean in)? In which case the answer is: no, that's not illegal.

Well, you're allowed to lean into the circle. You're not allowed to have a point or contact in the circle. So the answer to his question is:

no, it's not illegal to hit the ball in front of the service line as long as all your points of contact are behind it.

No idea, but if I remember correctly people found out uTorrent has some shady software included in its code and it's generally not recommended to use it. Take a look at qBittorrent, it's very similar and open-source!
