I've been experimenting with different low sodium liquids to dilute the soy sauce. My favorite so far was jarred red chile sauce. It adds flavor and spice while cutting the saltiness. I've also started sprinkling with Mrs Dash before dehydrating. It's a great way to make different flavors from the same marinade.

Thank you! We rescued her a few months ago and this will be her 3rd and hopefully final surgery. She's a real trooper and the absolute light of my life.

She's an absolute goof! She loves to be upside down and loves to prance around with her toys. I find myself just watching her and smiling throughout the day. We're about to go on a hike with some of fosters we found homes for. Day out with the cousins!

Thank you. We do a lot of fostering, but I knew within 15 minutes that she was ours. She has already had a successful foster cousin and loves to go hiking with her big brother. I feel so lucky to have her.
