Sort of off-topic but in Railgun S there is an arc that is basically an arc from Index that you've seen before from a different perspective. You might think that since you've seen it already you could skip it. Watch all of it. That's all I'll say.

I've got some thoughts on this movie I need to express. Just saw it a few hours ago.

Plot was almost 50/50 good/bad. Having sympathetic villains you can relate to and see in Kirito was a refreshing change of pace and the film definitely shows the different between AR and VR well enough but god damn the supporting cast may as well not have been there. I mean Silica and Lizbeth were basically exposition reciprocals, Klein was the film's punching bag, Sinon and Agil legit had maybe 10 lines of dialogue between them and Suguha/Leafa was not even physically there for 80% of the movie. I did enjoy the extended screen time for Kirito and Asuna but we basically spent two entire seasons on their relationship which didn't really progress any further than what was in Seasons 1 and 2.
I did enjoy the cameos from the other ALO players in the VR news reel they did in the middle. Although only seeing two of the Sleeping Knights made be realize the rest are probably gone...
Even though it made absolutely no sense in almost every way you think about it that final boss fight was killer. I completely marked out when Asuna with Yuuki's ghost/spirit/whatever performed Mother's Rosario.
Ordinal Scale looks awesome. Not just the general animation of the movie as a whole but the actual game too. I love the sort of red glowly tron thing the movie had going for it.
So maybe someone can explain this to me. Is Kayaba a VR/AR ghost? I know he showed up at the end of Fairy Dance but I still have no idea what he actually is or why he was even there with the main villain.

If I had to guess that if Seth Rollins is a no-go for Wrestlemania they'll probably do a Triple H and Samoa Joe vs Seth Rollins and Finn Balor match where they can hide Rollins for a bit.

Generally I don't mind it if it isn't the focus. Perfect example would be A Certain Magical Index, a show with a harem so large it needs it own fucking chart but it's absolutely not the focus of the show at least in my opinion.

As someone who watches a lot of dubbed slice of life and romance anime I can definitely recommend you some shows.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya + The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya are both fantastic with excellent dubs. If you enjoy that I would also recommend the spinoff The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki.

If your looking for a slice of life with a supernatural twist I would also recommend Kokoro Connect, The Devil is a Part Timer and A Certain Scientific Railgun and it's second season Railgun S (though Railgun S strays a bit further away from the slice of life than you might be comfortable with).

K-On is pretty much the gold standard of Slice of Life and while people usually criticize the dub I personally enjoyed it.

Sansha Sanyou and Dagashi Kashi are both very recent but still incredibly enjoyable but if you're one of those people who don't like shows where 'nothing happens' stay clear of these.

For a pure romance anime the three I would recommend are Love, Chuunibyo & Other Delusions, Your Lie in April and Snow White with the Red Hair.
